How to Make a Lavender Martini Cocktail

The Lavender Martini is a refreshing and floral cocktail with a complex flavour profile. Ingredients

  • 60ml Dry Gin (We suggest MGC Dry Gin)

  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Lavender Syrup (We suggest Monin Lavender Syrup)

  • Sprig of Lavender to Garnish

 

Method

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup and egg white (or aquafaba) into your cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Do not add ice – this is called a Dry Shake

  2. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the contents are chilled

  3. Double strain the contents into your glass

  4. Garnish with a sprig of lavender
