How to Make a Lavender Martini Cocktail

Ingredients
60ml Dry Gin (We suggest MGC Dry Gin)
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Lavender Syrup (We suggest Monin Lavender Syrup)
Sprig of Lavender to Garnish
Method
Add the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup and egg white (or aquafaba) into your cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Do not add ice – this is called a Dry Shake
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the contents are chilled
Double strain the contents into your glass
Garnish with a sprig of lavender
